BE SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION OF Kingdom of Thailand,
AND SHALL BE BROUGHT IN KINGDOM OF THAILAND. Any attempt
by any party to bring an action in any jurisdiction
outside of Kingdom of Thailand shall constitute a
material breach of this agreement by said party, and the
party bringing such suit outside of Kingdom of Thailand
shall be liable for any attorney's fees incurred by BMT
website (including its providers and affiliates) in
moving for transfer of the action to Kingdom of Thailand
regardless of whether the party ultimately prevails on
the merits. |
